English UK wins legal case on visas

A legal decision at the UK High Court on July 10th indicates that students can now apply for General Student Visas (GSV) if they are at least level A1 on the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) and are enrolled on courses at an accredited school at level A2.

We are unsure as to whether this decision will be held up so we suggest you contact us directly or check for the latest information on our visa information page.
