Friedl Theiler, who
followed our Fifty Plus course for nearly fifteen years, will be 100 years
old on 30 August 2007. Friedl still lives at home in Zurich, stays in touch
with friends and family, and hasn't forgotten the English she learned at our
school.
The last time Friedl came
to Eastbourne was in September 2002 when she was 95 years old! She took
part actively in the lessons and enjoyed the excursion programme.
