Student spotlight

For many of our students, learning English is a way they can open up new possibilities in their careers. One great example is 32 year-old Nikolaj Hänni from Schliern in Switzerland. Nikolaj is a professional football referee in Switzerland and needed to improve his English so he can referee international games. He wants to referee at the UEFA EURO 2012 tournament which is being jointly hosted by Poland and Ukraine.

He spent two weeks at Eastbourne School of English on the English + 1:1 course in November this year. He is pictured here (centre) with ESoE teachers Mark Hill and Graham Smith.
