Eastbourne Society guests

Our students were guests of the Eastbourne Society on 9 June 2009. Teacher Patsy Dinc helped students from South Korea, China and Italy to prepare presentations about their home countries. The Italian students are army soldiers and told the forty guests about their experience on NATO peacekeeping missions in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Members of the Eastbourne Society also asked the students about their experiences in Eastbourne and invited suggestions about how to improve the town for overseas visitors.

The Eastbourne Society was established in 1961 and aims to preserve and develop the special character of our beautiful seaside town.
