Eastbourne has one of the best shopping
centres in the South-east. Many of Britain's best-known shops have
branches in the town and there are also lots of smaller shops selling
everything from antiques and works of art to Chinese medicines.
Eastbourne is also only 90 minutes from the
centre of London so you can take a day out to shop at Harrods or
Selfridges, visit some of London's famous street markets or just walk
along Oxford Street.
