UK Visa Information

Not from the European Union?

UK VisasIf you are not from the EU, you may require a visa to study in the UK. Please note that we are not able to advise on individual student visa requirements and applications. If you are not sure whether you need a student visa, contact your local British Embassy or Consulate or go to www.ukvisas.gov.uk.

A student visitor can come to the United Kingdom for up to six months, without employment.

Students from visa national countries wishing to come to the UK to study for longer than six months and/or obtain employment during their stay must apply for a visa under tier 4 of the points-based system (since 31 March 2009). Special requirements exist for these applications and they vary from country to country so we strongly recommend students visit www.ukvisas.gov.uk and www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk for more details. We have an "A" grade Sponsor's Licence for Tier 4 student visas.

We are committed to helping you through the process as efficiently as we can. You can help us by providing the correct documentation and information quickly.

Often changing, visa procedures and regulations are sometimes confusing. We recommend you obtain the latest information directly from UKBA. EnglishUK can also provide useful information on visa matters
